About me

My lifelong goal has been to address people's need by understanding their behavior, and their decision-making in everyday life. I use mixed methods (qualitative & quantitative) research skills to find and resolve user experience issues as well as to understand user-customer pain-points

Currently, at Syllable Ai Corporation, I work as a user experience researcher. Before joining Syllable, I worked at Stanford University and University of Illinois as a psychology researcher
