Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled research practices, led teams, and stood up research functions from scratch across fintech, health tech, and retail. Most of my work comes down to 1) giving teams a clearer, crisper picture of the humans on the other side of the screen, and 2) using that to make smarter, braver product decisions, faster.

Currently, at Innovaccer, I’m building AI-first tools for healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care.
